Many clients are able to use FSA or HSA funds for perinatal mental health coaching and pediatric sleep and development support. Eligibility varies by plan, so please confirm directly with your administrator. Detailed receipts are provided for reimbursement submission.

No. Coaching and sleep support are not therapy, medical treatment, or diagnostic services.

Yes. Multi-session options are available for clients who would like continuity of support. You are also welcome to begin with a single session.
Services are educational and supportive in nature and do not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. If clinical care is needed, referrals to licensed providers can be provided.
