About LaureN
The Village Advocate
I’m Lauren Hart Clancy, a public health professional, community builder, advocate, and mother. I also hold certifications in Perinatal Mental Health Coaching and Pediatric Sleep and Development.
My path to this work is personal. I have experienced infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss anxiety, and the profound identity shifts that come with new motherhood. I know what it feels like to hold so much at once and to wonder who is holding you.
I created The Village Advocate to offer the kind of support I once needed, compassionate, informed, and nonjudgmental care for every stage of the family building and parenting journey.
Grounded in a public health foundation focused on maternal health education and advocacy, and supported by certifications in perinatal and family care, my work bridges lived experience with professional insight. At the heart of it all is a simple belief, you are not meant to navigate this alone.
