Hi, I’m Lauren.

I’m a public health professional, maternal health advocate, perinatal behavioral health coach, and pediatric sleep and development practitioner. I support individuals and families across the full family building journey, from trying to conceive through early childhood.

My work is grounded in a simple belief, when caregivers are healthy and supported, families thrive. Mental health, fertility, sleep, early development, and caregiver wellbeing are deeply connected, yet they are too often treated as separate issues. I created The Village Advocate to offer compassionate, evidence informed support that sees the whole picture.

My path here is both professional and personal. My journey to motherhood included infertility and loss, and becoming a mother during the pandemic clarified my purpose and strengthened my commitment to maternal and child health advocacy. Today, I bring together public health expertise, perinatal mental health support, and pediatric sleep and developmental guidance to help people feel informed, supported, and less alone.

You deserve care that feels human, connected, and grounded in trust. I would be honored to be part of your village.

Lauren is certified in Pediatric Sleep & Development and Perinatal Behavioral Health Coaching.
